Catherine Anne

 Catherine Anne O'Hara OOC, born on March 4 1954 is an actress from Canada. O'Hara has received a variety of awards including the Genie Award, a Golden Globe Award and two Screen Actors Guild Awards. She also won two Primetime Emmy Awards and six Canadian Screen Awards. She was made an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2018 and was honored with the Governor General's Performing Arts Lifetime Artistic Achievement Award in 2020. O'Hara first made her appearance as an actor in 1974 when she was part of The Second City, an Improv comedy group in Toronto. With John Candy and Dan Aykroyd, she was part the main team of the sitcom Coming Up Rosie (1975-1978). O'Hara was a part of Candy on the sketch comedy series Second City Television (1976-1984). The show received critical acclaim both for her writing and acting skills, and was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award, 1981 for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series. O'Hara was named to the Second City artistic advisory panel in 2022 by Stephen Colbert. Also included were Dwayne Colbert (Steve Carell), Tina Fey and Keegan-Michael Key and Jane Lynch, Tim Meadows.
